I HAVE A MOUSE...

Her name is MYLEE!!

I pomise I am not starving my child, but if she can't open something she just starts ripping into it with her teeth. She bit right into these vanilla wafers at Walgreens while we were getting our Passport Photos. So of course I had to buy them. Maybe I should do the cardboard diet!?!?!? Mylee is a slim 19lbs 2oz at 16 months. It seems to be working for her!!!
She also went for Dallon's new box of crayons and yes she ate the crayons too!!
Isn't she so cute!!

Skiing.....Finally!!

After a few years of not skiing (baby, nursing) we got to go skiing again!! The Grensing's were in town for the President's Day weekend and the UNLV vs BYU game. So we took a day to go skiing!! After all the hard work of getting everyone in their gear, ski passes on, and on the lift we started to wonder if it was all worth it!! It was and I can't wait to go again!!! I forgot how much I love to ski, even if it is an easy hill like Chickadee! Michelle and all the kids just picked right back up where they left off! Just like riding a bike!! Dallon did awesome and has improved so much. Ally is still working on her confidence, but she has great skill. Here are some fun pictures of our day of skiing!!

And a Big Thanks to Kevin who stayed home with Tryce and Mylee!! Now I can't wait for Kev and I to have a Ski Day!!

We've been busy!!

Life is so busy at our house!! Here is what we have been up to the last month or so...

Lots and lots of Jr. Jazz Games....

Girl Power!! The all girls team!! The season started out like football but they improved each game! Kevin was Ally's Coach but he wasn't in this picture!

Dallon's team won every game!! They are playing in a Jr. Jazz tournament in March!

Dallon is doing so good at basketball. He has learned a lot from his coach!

Dallon's awesome science fair project! His teacher gave him 100%!

He scored in the top ten in his school!

Trying for the Farrah Faucet do!

Spending lots of time in the car!!

Kevin and Ally went to a Daddy Daughter Dance. It included dinner, pictures, a corsage and dancing. Ally felt like she was so grown up to get to go a date with her dad!!

Even though we have been very busy Mylee managed to find time for a nap !!

Snow Day!!

As you can see the snow has burried the swings!
We woke up to so much snow on Sunday!! They even canceled church! We had a true snow day! Kevin was able to dig out our driveway and help a few other members in our ward. I just stayed inside and enjoyed our warm cozy house! It was a perfect day to have no church because our whole family is trying to recover form winter colds.

The little hump of snow is a little tikes kids table. Totally burried by the snow.

Dallon and the neighbor boys built a snow fort. Ally helped a little too. It was done just in time to watch the Super Bowl!! JaNae and Dan were the only ones to brave the snow and join us for lots of food, Super Bowl watchin' and great commercials!!

A missed opportunity?

We were planning on going to President Hinkley's viewing this morning but to many things got in our way...a big snow storm hit the valley (AGAIN), Mylee and I have bad colds, Dallon and Ally would miss school, and the devil!! I am just so sad and feel like we really missed this opportunity to go and pay respect to a man who has taught us so much. We hope President Hinkley feels our families love even though we were not able to make it to his viewing. He was an amazing Prophet of God and has taught us all so much!
