OmAhA.....10 years

We were able to head back to Omaha this Spring for Kevin's 10 year reunion! WOW has it been 10 years?!?!?!?! It seems like yesterday we were living there and plugging through school! It was so much fun to go back and see friends and our old stomping grounds!! It was a fun get away for Kev and I!

Rob and Kevin had to take a trip to the Crescent Moon to enjoy their favorite Hot wings!



I got to spend some fun time with my cousin Mia who lives in Omaha! Mia and Brooklyn spent the day at the World Famous Henery Doorley Zoo with us! Then we had a fun dinner at Jams that night! Thanks for everything Mia! Our visit was cut short because they had to return to Utah for Bruce's Nephews Funeral.
Mia and I have so much fun when we are together! It is just like we are kids again! We are all praying that their family can move back to Utah!

I came home a day before Kevin to attend Ally's Dance Competition! He got to see more friends, hang with the guys and even take in 18 holes on a nice Omaha Golf Course! We look forward to the 20 Year Reunion and our next visit to good old OMAHA, NEBRASKA!!

Sports...

It is amazing how much our lives revolve around sports! But we love every minute of it! Dallon and Ally both played Jr. Jazz this past winter. Dallon also played his first season of Church Ball! Dallon did awesome and had a great season! It is so fun to watch him play.

Mylee was always there cheering them on!


Kevin fits in time to run, climb and in the winter ice climb! Brrrr....

I didn't get any pictures of Ally's team in action! (Not a lot of action occurred) But they did all get to have lots of fun. Kev was the coach again! He did great and he is amazingly patient with the girls! They struggle to score but Kevin keeps them positive! They are all cute girls. At their Jazz game they got to meet the best looking Jazz player!!

Now we are looking forward to Baseball, Soccer, Dance Competitions, Relay Races, NBA Playoff Games......

Ouch!!

Church Basketball?? Need I say more!

Kev came home one night after basketball with this! I took pictures the first three days! But now 19 days after it happened you can still see traces of black and blue! Ouch!!

He did it again...

Kevin ran his 5th St. George Marathon! He did awesome of course! We love to cheer him on!Even though it was a rainy day he had a huge cheering section!


It rained the entire marathon but Kev kept on running and he even shaved time off from last year! He is an amazing athlete, father and husband!

15 years!!!

Happy Anniversary Babe!! I love you! Thanks for making marriage so fun and exciting! We always said we wanted go to Portugal for our 15th and we made it!!!! -- but who knew we would take our three kids with us!! Here is a picture our kids took of us in Portugal!

I want to go back BEFORE our 20th and maybe leave the kids home this time!!

You did it!! Dallon is now a water skier! He had so much fun. He has caught the water skiing bug and cannot wait to return to beautiful Bear Lake!!

We love the time we get to spend at Bear Lake In the summer!! Who could ask for more, beautiful water, nice sand, sun, family and lots of fun!! My older two are moving from the sand to the water and on to the BOAT!! The babe on the other hand ate more than her weight in sand!!

Thanks to Amber and Nate for the use of your boat, beach and time!! And thanks to all our family for the great summer days at Bear Lake! We will be back soon!!

Now we are off for our BIG summer adventure of 2008....we decided to let Mylee try some sand in another part of the world... from the Mediterranean Ocean! We are so excited to visit England and Portugal! I just hope we can survive the long plane rides with 3 kids!!

Weekend Fun!!

Run Kevin Run

Kevin ran the Moab Half Marathon on March 8th! He ran his fastest time ever!! He is amazing!

After the race we enjoyed some of the lovely sights of Arches, did a little hiking and enjoyed some warm weather. Arches and Moab are so beautiful and we can't wait for our next trip there.

We also went to Hole N" The Rock. It was my first visit inside the interesting house in the rock!! Wow 5,000 square feet in the rock--it is a must see!!

It was a really fun weekend!! We just missed Dallon. He had to stay home for Baseball Tryouts and a Basketball tournament!! Thanks to GiGi and Papa for filling in for me and running Dallon all over the Valley!! We couldn't make it with out you!! In return for all the help from GiGi and Papa Dallon was their speaking partner in church. He gave a talk in sacrament meeting and I wasn't there to hear it!! But he did great- I was told.

We've been busy!!

Life is so busy at our house!! Here is what we have been up to the last month or so...

Lots and lots of Jr. Jazz Games....

Girl Power!! The all girls team!! The season started out like football but they improved each game! Kevin was Ally's Coach but he wasn't in this picture!

Dallon's team won every game!! They are playing in a Jr. Jazz tournament in March!

Dallon is doing so good at basketball. He has learned a lot from his coach!

Kevin and Ally went to a Daddy Daughter Dance. It included dinner, pictures, a corsage and dancing. Ally felt like she was so grown up to get to go a date with her dad!!

Even though we have been very busy Mylee managed to find time for a nap !!

Happy Birthday Kevin!!

It doesn't matter if Kevin is climbing up a rock, hiking in a canyon, running a marathon, carrying Mylee or spending time with his family he puts his all into it! He is the best husband and father. He gives us 110% of himslef all the time. Kevin keeps the adventure and entertainment high in our household. We are glad he keeps us going from one great adventure to the next. Kevin has no problem with aging, probably because he still looks 20!! He makes my life wonderful, allowing me to stay home and be a mom, he always loves my cooking, and has a great attitude on life. Kev makes each day enjoyable. I love being married to him. Our children adore their Dad. He is always so great at spending time with them and doing stuff with them. We just wanted to wish him the happiest birthday ever. You are the GREATEST. Thanks for all you do for our family. We Love you. Holly, Dallon, Ally and Mylee.
