More of London

Day two: We fought the crowds and the heat to see the "Changing of the Guard" The Queen was in residence on this day as well but of course we didn't get to see her! We missed getting to go into the Palace by a few days...It is only open to the public in August and September!

Dallon, JaNae, Mylee and Ally---red faced and all. We did not see any rain the whole time we were in England!!

Then we were off to Westminster Abbey. Very amazing!!

Next we rode one of the famous tour buses to Kensingtion Palace! There was a gorgeous display of dresses wore by Princess Diana!

Then we walked and walked and walked (and did I mention walking) through Hyde Park back into the main part of town. It is a huge, beautiful park with millions of people just enjoying the sun!!

At the end of the Day we headed to Trafalgar Square and ate dinner at Piccadilly Circus!!Our last day we took JaNae to the Kings Cross Train Station so she could catch a train to return to Northern England to spend another day with Grandma and Grandpa. We were able to see a few Harry Potter sights and....

Do a little shopping at the worlds largest toy store Hamleys! My kids were in heaven of course!

Then we headed to the busiest airport in the World to board a plane for our week in Portugal!!

I am really trying to just hit the major points, we took over a 1,000 pictures!! I must say our trip to Europe was more amazing and fun then I could have even dreamed. Because we were traveling with 3 kids, everyone was very kind to us. I kind of felt like royalty or maybe Brad and Angelina!! But seriously every where we went they let us go to the front of the line and at the airports they took us to the front of all the lines and through a special security section for children!! Most of the sights we visited had family rates for entrance fees!! After our trip I think America needs to become more FAMILY friendly!!!! Well soon I will be telling you all about Portugal!!

I can't believe you didn't get any rain. When Ryan's parents lived there we visited a few times it was always wet and cold! What a fun family Vaction I can't wait to see the pictures from Portugal.

Great job covering the highlights. Kennsington Palace looked so much nicer in the summer than when we were there. Those dresses were nice but all the pictures of Princess Di really showed how regal and special she was. Loved the kids in the race car at Hamley's
